Students/customers must provide at least 28 days notice to amend any booking.
If the correct notice is given, the booking can be rearranged with the same teacher/facility for a different time or day at no extra charge, or cancelled with a full credit refund.
If less than the required notice is given to rearrange or cancel a booking, the full fee is still payable and no credit or refund will be issued.
No time restrictions are applied if a teacher/facility needs to rearrange or cancel a booking. The student/customer will be offered the chance to choose another time slot or receive a credit refund.
A student/customer can request a credit to be refunded back to the original source of payment, such as a debit card. This may incur a small fee for each individual credit.
